Job Responsibilities：

1、Be fully responsible for the investment, operation, construction and production safety management of a mining company under the International Business Department of the Group according to the overall overseas development strategy;

2、Review and grasp the project design scheme;

3、Be responsible for the formulation and layout of important milestone nodes of project construction;

4、Be responsible for project organization structure, department function setting and personnel setting;

5、Formulate the company's business plan, long-term plan, annual plan, major technological transformation, etc; approval authority other than finance;

6、Be responsible for formulating and implementing the project operation and management system, and formulating relevant systems and implementation rules;

7、Be responsible for coordinating internal and external relations and relevant procedures of the company.

Job Requirements：

1、Full time college degree or above in mining or management;

2、At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the position of deputy general manager or above of mining company;

3、Age: under 55 years old, male;

4、English level to achieve daily communication, proficient in office software application and CAD drawing recognition (drawing design ability is better);

5、Integrity, hardworking, enterprising, healthy, overall view and organizational cohesion with the team;

6、Mining professionals who can stay abroad for a long time.

Salary:

The annual salary is 400,000-600,000 Yuan/year before tax. The salary, five insurances and one fund is paid on time every month. The Paid Annual Leave per year, and we reimburses the expenses of returning to China, visa fees and travel expenses for interview and entry.
