——Minutes of the 2021 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Liaoning Hongda Enterprise Group

From 15:00 to 20:00 on January 18, 2022, the 2021 annual summary and commendation conference of Liaoning Hongda Enterprise Group was successfully held. The conference adopts the method of live video broadcast, with the main venue of Liaoning Huludao Group, and 5 branch venues including Heilongjiang Lujiu Mining Company, Huzhong Mining Company, Longjiang Luming Agricultural Company, Wagagai Mining (U) Limited, and Lujiu Mali Mining Company, a total of more than 300 people attended the meeting. Among them, the chairman of the group took a seat in the Mali branch, the general manager of the group took a seat in the Uganda branch, and the group executives and general managers of subsidiaries took their seats in each venue. The conference has a total of 7 topics, chaired by Zhou Jidong, executive deputy general manager of the group. First of all, the conference reviewed the important work and memorabilia of the past year by watching the "Group 2021 Work Documentary". Then, the group executives and the general manager of the head office reported their duties one by one.

From 17:58 to 18:38, the conference is adjourned, and the participants have a simple meal in their respective venues. At 18:38, the meeting continues to be commended and rewarded. Liu Lixin, Zhang Xuefei, and Dong Shuang, deputy general managers of the group, successively read the "Group Company's 2021 Annual Task Indicator Completion Report", "Group's 2021 Annual Commendation Report", and "Notification of Honorary Retirees", and the participants responded with warm applause. Then, the awards begin!

After the summary and commendation, Zhang Xikai, deputy general manager of the group, and Zhang Guowu, chairman of the labor union, respectively read out the "Group Company's 2022 Annual Task Indicator Responsibility Statement". At 19:20, Tan Jiuchang, general manager of the group, made a concluding speech. Mr. Tan Jiuchang believes that in 2021, the group achieved satisfactory results in all aspects under the unity and hard work of all Hongda employees, which is mainly reflected in five aspects: First, the domestic mining industry increased production and efficiency significantly; Second, the independent development of real estate has been successful; Third, the efficiency of agricultural tertiary industry has been significantly improved; Fourth, the construction of projects in Africa has been greatly promoted; Fifth, the comprehensive construction of departments has been strengthened day by day. And put forward five suggestions on doing a solid job in 2022 and promoting the sustainable development of the group's construction: First, we should grasp the opportunity, clarify the direction and boost confidence; Second, we should highlight key points, overcome difficulties, improve quality and efficiency; Third, we should study policies, coordinate with various parties and joint efforts to promote; Fourth, we should gather talents, stimulate potential and enhance ability; Fifth, we should improve the mechanism, strengthen management and develop scientifically.

At 19:45, the chairman of the group sent New Year's greetings to all Hongda employees through video at the Mali branch, and sent New Year's best wishes! At 19:48, videos of Lujiu, Huzhong, Luming, Wagagai, marketing, real estate and organs New Year greetings were broadcast at the conference. All companies extended sincere greetings to the chairman, general manager and all Hongda colleagues, and jointly wish Hongda Enterprise Group a prosperous, steady and long-term development! At the end of the conference, executive deputy general manager Mr. Zhou, the host, called on the participants: In the new year, let us unswervingly follow the pace of the chairman and the general manager, work together, overcome difficulties, go hand in hand, and create a better future!

At 20:00, the conference ended successfully with all the participants singing "The National Anthem of the People's Republic of China"!
